Seven days inside the world of Gather and Feast. The markets where I shop and the makers I work with - but also the cocoa farms behind Midunu Chocolates, the ateliers and studios of the artists who shaped me, and tables you cannot book anywhere else.
Each journey is intimate, around twenty guests, and built around a question the book asks: what do we inherit through food, and what are we losing? We answer it at the table - dinners I cook and host - and in rooms very few people ever enter. My co-host and I hold the whole trip.
