Before the city, before institutions, before monuments, there was a decision to tend something and pass that knowledge on. Gather and Feast is the story of that inheritance, told through a life that runs from a Ghanaian family table to UN field postings across Africa to a dining room in Accra where the continent's knowledge is set at the center of the table. It is not a cookbook. It is an argument: African foodways are not a trend arriving, they are the origin story the world has been living inside all along.
